P.E.T.S is intent on keeping the transporting of your pets simple and hassle free. Also want to keep our rate plans simple, our rates are based on the miles that we travel not the amount of pets we carry. One of our travel specialist will be more than happy to share our rate plans when you make a request via phone or on our website quote page also remember to ask our specialist about our pet and vehicle transport package.
At the time you schedule your transport P.E.T.S will require a 50% deposit to secure the dates you choose. At the time of your Pets delivery, the remaining 50% will be due. If your situation changes and you need to reschedule we will accommodate these changes without penalty to you.
However In the event you reschedule your transport 10 days or less prior to your transport date that you chose a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Cancellations up to 1 week prior to your transport being DISPATCHED FROM ITS’ BASE OF ORIGIN will result in a 25% cancellation fee of the total transport cost. Once transport has been dispatched from its’ base of origin, cancellation will result in absolutely no refund.
“Keeping It Simple”, P.E.T.S provides everything (except food and litter) for your pets’ comfort such as Water, Bedding, Bowls, Litter Pans, etc. at no additional charge. Credit Card, Certified Check, Money Order and Personal checks are all acceptable forms of payment.
P.E.T.S welcomes Personal check, however we require 10 business day’s prior to your pet transport to allow funds to post.
